Commencement of retail leasing activities.
2nd April 2017
After a successful launch that saw more than 65 per cent of the residential apartments sold prior to the initial release and with over 90% sold to date, construction is well underway at CONSERVATORY.
Now UEM Sunrise has announced that they will begin retail leasing activities for the development in the third quarter of 2017.
Three signature retail spaces are available, all benefiting from north-facing exposure to Mackenzie Street as well as interaction with the building’s vibrant ground floor lounge area.
It’s a designer context, embracing the green of the Carlton Gardens and aspects to tree-lined Drummond Street. Extensive glazing floods the spaces with natural light and prominent street front visibility.
A lifestyle-conscious resident population plus excellent street exposure will make CONSERVATORY’s retail spaces an attractive proposition for a café, restaurant, bakery, specialty grocery outlet or other service offering.
